Richard T. Booker (“Dick”) is a fourth generation Virginia attorney and a 2011 graduate of the Washington and Lee University School of Law. While at Washington and Lee he was selected to be a member of the Virginia Capital Case Clearinghouse, where he assisted defense attorneys on capital murder cases at the trial level, an experience which he has built upon in his criminal defense practice. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Richmond in 2008 where he was a member of the club hockey team.
After law school Mr. Booker was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2011, Virginia in 2012, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in 2016. Mr. Booker joined the firm in early 2013 and assists clients in the fields of criminal defense, domestic relations, personal injury, DUI, traffic offenses, license restoration, expungements, and criminal appeals.
Outside of his legal work, Richard enjoys disassembling and reassembling vehicles (especially Subarus) to (ideally) improve their performance.
